What is Astervis?
Astervis is a call center analytics platform that helps you monitor operator performance, track call metrics, and improve customer service. It works with FreePBX, Asterisk, and similar phone systems.

No. Astervis connects to your existing system without modifications. Your phone system continues working exactly as before.

Astervis runs on your own server, so your call data stays private and under your control.

Is there a free trial?
Yes! Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full features. No credit card required to start.
How do I start the trial?

- Choose a plan
- Create an account
- Get your license key and install
What happens after the trial ends?
If you don't subscribe, the dashboard becomes read-only. Your data is kept for 30 days in case you decide to subscribe.
Can I change plans?
Yes, anytime:
- Upgrade — Takes effect immediately
- Downgrade — Takes effect at end of billing period
What if I need more operators than my plan includes?
You can purchase extra operators for $5/month each from your account dashboard, or upgrade to a higher plan.
Is there a discount for yearly billing?
Yes, save up to 15% with annual billing:
- Starter: $499/year (vs $588 monthly)
- Professional: $2,030/year (vs $2,388 monthly)
- Business: $6,110/year (vs $7,188 monthly)
- Enterprise: $15,290/year (vs $17,988 monthly)
Installation
What do I need to install Astervis?
- A Linux server (Ubuntu, Debian, or CentOS)
- Network access to your phone system
- Your license key from your account
How long does installation take?
About 5-10 minutes with a good internet connection.
Can I install on the same server as my phone system?
Yes, but we recommend a separate server for better performance.
Do I need technical expertise?
Basic Linux command line knowledge is helpful, but the installer handles most of the work automatically.
Can I install on Windows?
No, Astervis requires Linux. You can use a virtual machine or cloud server if needed.
Using Astervis
How do I see my call data?
Log into the Astervis dashboard. Your calls appear automatically after installation. Use the sidebar to navigate between:
- Dashboard (widgets and metrics)
- Calls (call history)
- Employees (operators)
- Reports
How do I customize my dashboard?
- Click Edit on the dashboard
- Click Add Widget
- Choose widgets you want
- Drag to arrange
- Click Save
Can I see real-time calls?
Yes. The dashboard shows active calls, queue status, and operator availability as they happen.
What reports are available?
- Call volume and trends
- Operator performance rankings
- Missed calls and callbacks
- Hourly and daily patterns
- Work time and attendance
- SLA compliance (Professional+)
Can I export data?
Yes. Click Export on any report or call list to download as Excel or CSV.
How far back can I see data?
You can see all call data from when Astervis was installed. There's no limit on historical data.
Operators & Teams
How do I add operators?
Go to Employees → Add Employee. Enter their details and assign a position.
Can I import operators from my phone system?
Yes. Go to Employees → Import Extensions to automatically create operator records from your phone system's extensions.
How do I track operator performance?
View the Performance Table widget on your dashboard, or go to Reports to see detailed metrics for each operator.
Can I set work schedules?
Yes. Go to Settings → Work Schedules to create schedules, then assign them to operators. Astervis tracks:
- Login/logout times
- Late arrivals
- Break time
- Total work hours
Integrations
Does Astervis integrate with CRM?
Yes, Astervis integrates with Bitrix24 for:
- Syncing contacts and companies
- Syncing leads and deals
- Linking calls to CRM records
Can I use Telegram for customer support?
Yes. Connect a Telegram bot through Open Lines to handle customer messages in the same interface as calls.
Is WhatsApp supported?
Yes, on Business and Enterprise plans via WhatsApp Business API.
Can I connect other systems?
Business and Enterprise plans include API access for custom integrations.
Data & Security
Is my data secure?
Yes. Astervis:
- Runs on your own server
- Keeps call data on your infrastructure
- Doesn't send call recordings to external servers
- Supports HTTPS encryption
Does Astervis record calls?
No. Astervis analyzes call data from your phone system. Call recording is handled by your phone system — Astervis can link to those recordings if enabled.
Who can access the dashboard?
Only users you create. You control access through:
- User accounts with passwords
- Role-based permissions (Admin, Supervisor, Operator)
What happens if my internet goes down?
Astervis continues working for up to 7 days offline. When connection is restored, it syncs automatically.
Account & Billing
How do I access my account?
Go to astervis.io/account and sign in.
Where do I find my license key?
In your account dashboard under Overview, look for the Installation Command section.
How do I view invoices?
Go to Account → Orders tab to see all payments and download PDF invoices.
How do I update my payment method?
Click Manage Billing in your account to update payment details.
How do I cancel?
Go to Account → Manage Billing → Cancel Subscription. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
Can I transfer my license to a new server?
Yes. Contact support to reset your server binding, then run the installer on your new server.
