What You Can Do
With API access, you can:
- Export call data — Pull call records into your systems

Getting Started
API documentation is provided directly to Business and Enterprise customers.
Request Access
- Ensure you have a Business or Enterprise plan
- Go to Settings → API Keys
- Generate your API token
- Access documentation in your account

Webhooks
Receive real-time notifications when events happen:
- Call started/ended
- Operator status changes
- Queue thresholds exceeded
