With API access, you can:

Getting Started

API documentation is provided directly to Business and Enterprise customers.

Request Access

  1. Ensure you have a Business or Enterprise plan
  2. Go to SettingsAPI Keys
  3. Generate your API token
  4. Access documentation in your account

Webhooks

Receive real-time notifications when events happen:

  • Call started/ended
  • Operator status changes
  • Queue thresholds exceeded
